SLU-PP-332 should be initially dissolved in DMSO due to its limited solubility in aqueous solutions.

Step-by-Step Reconstitution

  1. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening.

  2. Add 0.5 mL of sterile DMSO directly and gently drop-down into the side of vial containing SLU-PP-332.

  3. Gently swirl or slowly pipette until the peptide is completely dissolved. Do not vortex or shake.

  4. In a separate sterile container, prepare 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.

  5. Slowly and gently add the DMSO-reconstituted SLU-PP-332 solution into the bacteriostatic water while gently swirling.

Important Handling Notice

Do NOT add bacteriostatic water into DMSO.
Adding water directly to DMSO may cause abrupt pH changes and peptide instability or precipitation.

✔ Always add the DMSO-dissolved peptide solution into bacteriostatic water — never the reverse.

Storage

  • Store lyophilized peptide at −20°C or below.

  • Store reconstituted solution in aliquots at 2-8°C.
